Our Policies
All services are by appointment only.

Arrival Time

For the first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out the required forms.

 If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment

A minimum notice of 12 hours is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. If the appointment is not confirmed 12 hours before the scheduled time, it will be considered to be canceled and will be given to the next person in line.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on products or services.
